The Inside Out Method cover

Take control of your mind. Break free from toxic patterns.

Most people spend years rearranging the outside of their lives with new goals, new habits, and new relationships, then wonder why nothing holds. The Inside Out Method starts where change actually happens: the patterns running underneath.

Tim Arrigo maps the internal loops that keep high performers stuck: the reactivity, the drift, and the quiet resentment. Then he lays out a practical method for replacing them with something that lasts.

This is not a book about feeling better. It's a book about getting better.

Timothy Arrigo

Tim Arrigo is a certified counselor, marriage expert, and co-founder of Beyond Driven. Across more than 20,000 hours of clinical work, he has helped thousands confront the patterns driving conflict, disconnection, and self-destruction.

That authority was earned the hard way. Before Tim helped others rebuild their lives, he had to rebuild his own through homelessness, addiction, and divorce. His recovery forced him to face a question most change programs avoid: Why do people keep repeating what they already know is destroying them?

The answer became the Inside Out Method. Drawing from mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, marriage ministry, and spiritual principles, Tim built a practical system for changing the patterns underneath behavior. It now powers Beyond Driven programs, including the Total Breakthrough Academy.

Tim's story was featured in the documentary The Threshing Floor. This book distills what that experience taught him into a direct, practical method for people ready to stop managing symptoms and change what is driving them.
